An All-American Meal made Healthier


Everyone knows hot dogs, hamburgers, & bacon are bad for you. (And if you didn’t, check out my last post on how processed meats were found by the World Cancer Research Fund to be too dangerous for human consumption! And so many people think that in order to be healthy, you have to give these things up. In reality, you don’t need to give up the foods you love- you just need to use REAL food to make them!

If you’re hooked on the “standard American diet,” you’ll love my dinner tonight- BLT’s & baked beans. But let me show you how to turn this heart attack meal into a heart-healthy one!

Nitrate-treated bacon with Organic turkey bacon
White bread with Ezekiel Organic Sprouted Grain bread
Miracle Whip with Vegan mayonnaise
Chemically-treated grocery store tomatoes with Juicy organic tomatoes
Iceburg lettuce with Organic chard, arugula, or spinach
Food-additive filled big-name baked beans with Organic baked beans

Not only will you find this meal has much more flavor, but the nutrient content goes throught the roof, making it a disease-FIGHTING meal instead of a disease-CAUSING meal. Enjoy!!!

  1. Hello…Great on this one…I am what some may say a semi-vegan
    I eat a lot of Organic fruits, vegetables and Poultry. I gave up Red Meat and Pork 7 years ago. I love FRESH fish, seafood! Great Information!
