What tangible results have you seen since starting the 6 month program?
My health as a whole has improved by: more energy, breathing issues went away, sleeping better, joint pain is improved, menstrual migraines less frequent, more physical endurance, less anxiety, learned how to control portions, relationships with sister, boyfriend and mom are better, learning to cook better, eating healthier, more active, drinking water instead of soda, more motivated to exercise, and lost 15 pounds.

What overall positive changes in your health and well-being have you noticed since starting the program?
So many things… don’t have trouble breathing, not randomly falling asleep. Just over all feel SO much better. I can tell when I eat poorly I feel bad, and I used to feel bad all the time.

What tangible results have you seen?
Energy level, now I can walk up 3 flights of stairs without getting winded, 4 flights here I come! Cooking a LOT more than before, I didn’t know all the yummy food choices out there.
I’ve lost weight, stress management is better, sleeping better, digestions is regular, got over my fear of fruits and veggies, become a healthy vegetarian, saving money on groceries now, learned bananas make me sleepy, less sugar cravings, now I make yummy homemade Taco Bell instead of eating out.

What overall positive changes in your health and well-being have you noticed since starting the program?
My energy is bursting, yet consistent & controlled and put to good use. More focus and living in the moment, improved vitality, I feel more in balance than I ever have before, improved water intake, I see progress in my figure (healthier body), When I have a bad day I can usually pinpoint the cause, I have learned to be more grateful of what I have/done, My relationship is flourishing and my activity level is pouring over into it, I am more excited & curious about cooking, My greens intake continues to grow and is enjoyable, Learning to slow down has been a major life-changer, I have developed more harmony in my life, I am developing consistent healthy routines, Those close to me have seen changes in my body, mind, & spirit. I am excited to see what is next! I am craving to continue this process. I believe I am making fundamental strides and my involvement in my health is at an all-time high.

How would you describe me as a health counselor?
You so need a coach hat! You have done an awesome job and really helped me develop a deep passion for holistic living. Your guidance is incredible.
